Help to re-author a DVD

Hi,

I have this DVD of a wedding which is a bit of a mess. What I need to do really is try to sort it out and reauthor it so I can put my own menu and chapters etc.
The files I have are:
Folder:VIDEO_RM DVD_REC.USR; PVR_TEMP.USR; VIDEO_RM; VIDEO_RM.BUP; VIDEO_RM.IFO
Folder:VIDEO_TS VIDEO_TS (Vob file); VIDEO_TS.BUP; VIDEO_TS.IFO; VTS_01_0.BUP; VTS_01_0.IFO; VTS-01_1 (VOB); VTS_01_2 (VOB); VTS_01_3 (VOB)

So basically I dont know what the VIDEO_RM folder is or what it contains. I have three VOB files which I believe contain the raw data for what I want.

Can anyone help? And/or suggest a useful program for me?

tmpgenc dvd author and add select add dvd video and choose the video_ts
