i am dling .mpa files.
they come in at 352x240 and are of average quality.
i have to get them joined, each is about 9.78mb, and their are app. 15 per movie.
first what is a .mpa file?
what method should i use to get them to appear the best quality they can for playback on my panasonic dv-31 dvd player.
i prefer to use tmpeg.
also when i join the segments i get a "blip" how do i correct this so their is a seamless transition? (the files were originally one seamless file but were split for ease of dling.)
please help as i am new to this kind of thing.
thanks,
dest.
