Hi please can someone help me

I have just spent all day on a project and I exported it to mpeg. I then shut down the premiere project.

I have just gone back to it and every time i have tried to open it a message comes and says:

'sorry a serious error has occured that requires adobe premiere pro to shut down we will attempt to save your current project..........'

I have since rebooted and tried to open the auto save files which have the same message is there anything i can do at all?

    thanks

  2. Is it only for that project?

What if you create a completey new one? Do you get the error?

This will help determine if the project file is corrupt or if you have a more general issue.
