I have been working with several systems with this motherboard (AsRock AM2NF6G-VSTA) lately and for some reason, I can't get the shared memory to change from 64MB shared to 16MB shared or even 32MB for that matter. I go to the screen where you change it from Auto to 16MB and set it there, but the amount of system memory doesn't seem to change even after several reboots. When I go back into the BIOS it shows 512MB with 64MB shared on the main screen but when I go to the screen where you adjust the size, it still shows 16MB just as I set it. I hate to give up 64MB on a system with only 512MB of RAM, especially when the use doesn't need 64MB for video. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    TIA

BINGO! Dono how I overlooked that.

    Thanks for the idea!

Who would have thought that's not something to verify before release. What's worse is, I already had BIOS version 1.2 when I got it, with 1.0 being the initial release.
