    I think Baldrick's short reply is because of the less than minimal information you have given. If you have an English sound track, sure, easy enough. What's the format and do you have the English soundtrack?

  4. well no actually the movie is in forgeign not english so maybe I am asking wrong thing here

    format is MPEG-1 Layer 3

    You can look around on the net and see if there is a English lanquage track available for it, or more likely a English subtitle track.

    Yes , but you would need to reauthor , and make sure the audio's time length match's ... but finding the english audio track will be the fun part ... the simplest would be to add an english subtitle to it .
