  1. Hello! i got a probblem!

    I'm trying to convert a mkv-file to Avi.
    Managed to extract all files into, Avi & AAC.

    But now when i'm trying to convert the AAC sound to Mp3
    so that i can put it into the Avi! It doesn't work!

    I'm using dBpowerAMP,

    It manage to convert it to mp3, but the sound does not work!
    i hear the music and voice but it's not clean.

    Sounds like a old computer trying to play the file but don't have adequate resources!

    but does progs shows fail directly..

    Some apps won't correctly detect if a raw aac stream is SBR or not since raw streams have no header to specify (mkv does). he-aac decoded without SBR could cause the quality problems you are talking about.

    You could try foobar2000. Handles raw aac fine and can encode to mp3.

  6. i'm tryed faad, and converting it to *.wav and that worked.
    so know i'm using lame to convert the *.wav to *.mp3..

    hope it works

    the sound is about 2min longer than the original..
    almost like it has been a timeshift?

    What do you think has happend?

    and foobar2000 are telling me att there is some garbage in 0000000 somthing
