AAC to MP3

I have AAC file extracted from a MKV file. Its specs are as follows. So how to convert the file to MP3? What tool shall I use? I tried Easy CD-DA Extractor 12 but quality depreciated greatly!

You will lose the 6-channel audio because mp3 only supports stereo

If you want to minimize quality loss, use a higher bitrate for the mp3
