I have to export my Premiere Pro movie to QT M JPEG B, to be able to broadcast it as an advertisment. The problem is that it really doesn't look good when I play it back on my computer. It's lagging and freezing.
Is M JPEG B always M JPEG B or are ther different settings? Or is it my mediocre video card that simply cannot manage to playback the QT file?

The bottom line: is Premiere Pro M JPEG B as any other M JPEG B och could it somehow differ from standards?

I'm not sure of your target platform. Full resolution MJPEG is usually used as an intermediate capture format with something else as the output.

Not many display cards (other than special NLE accelerators) support direct MJPEG playback so the load goes to the CPU.

In most PC editing programs the MJPEG shows up a codec selection under AVI export. It may be there under Quicktime. If not there is always Quicktime Pro to convert.
