Hi,
I converted AVI (DiVX) to DVD via AVI2DVD, but probably I choose wrong encoding for subtitles. Is there some simply way how to change encoding of subtitles or must I re-encode the whole DVD again (thru AVI2DVD)? Thanks for help in advance.

how do you check the subtitles? you might have to manually enable them in your software dvd player or/and standalone dvd player.

Well, I checked it on Apple via VLC Player and DVD Player. The subtitles was added as "custom made" so I think I choose wrong encoding, because several specific characters have just "underlay symbol". So it is possible just to add "new" subtitles to ISO or must I re-encode whole DVD once more ?

Don't know about the Apple world, but there are plenty of ways to add subtitles to an already authored DVD using PC software
