I would like to buy a display card with capture function, I m a non-game user, OS:windows 2000pro Hardware:AMD 1.2G Epox-8KTA3+PRO 512MB ram,and 60GB IDE raid harddisk, MAinly use for capture VHS, V8 to SVCD,VCD which one is good quality for video capture?

3.ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon

Matrox makes bitchen cards and they have the functionality of a great dual head ability for when you decide to start playing with that.
I have the All In Wonder Pro 128 which is a great card as well but the dual head is kind of screwed up. (if you are into that) Capture on it is great and the install was easy.
Haven't used the other card so i have no comment on that one.
I would choose the Matrox card if i were to choose a new card again. Even though i am happy with my ATI. Go Matrox. -
I am having good results with the ATI Rage Fury Pro. It has video in AND out but no tuner and costs considerably less.
