    Topic: How to turn a picture into a movie....

    I’ve seen video clips where a still slide or picture is taken & with that it's then panned around and zoomed in and out from one predetermined/preset point or part to another will be done. It almost like your flying around and towards the picture.This process gives "life", animates a still picture and actually turns it into a mini movie.What program or application does that?Does my description make any sense? I’d like to replicate that technique.Hopefully there’s shareware that accomplish this!!
