  1. I need to know what program will let me capture a picture frame from a movie and make an 8 X 10 picture of that frame?
    Is there such a program?

    Thanks

What format in the movie? Using freeware you can use VirtualDub or one of it's offshoots to capture the frame, then paste it into irfanview to print it out, but don't expect great results going to 8x10. That's a significant enlargment for a digital video frame. I would recommend the Lanczos filter in irfanview.

If you can open it in VirtualDub, then yes.

No problem. Post back here if you have any trouble figuring out VirtualDub or VirtualDub-MPEG2
