New Here, having a TMPEG DVD Author Problem

I'm trying to make a complication DVD and whenever I decrypt the disc, I got this error message:


and then sometimes if it works in DVD Shrink I'm able to rip certain parts of DVD's I want.. then when I don't, I decrypt the disc and then do it in TMPEGenc DVD Author and I usually get that message when it's the VOB files that were decrypted.. but if it works it won't allow me to put the DVD Shrink VOB's in w/ the DVD Author VOB's.. is there a way to do this and get the DVD to burn? every time I try it's giving me lots of problems.. I'll even get this message.

well the first one is easy. It seems that you have a 50FPS video. TMPGEnc author does not re-encode the video for you. You have to do it prior to loading it in author. Use TMPGEnc Free and convert the mpg to a DVD video file. Usually bad header file means that header says the video is 20 mins 20 seconds and the actual video is like 20 mins 10 seconds.
