Problems with dvd rebuilder

Hi guys.. I have been using Dvd rebuilder and getting really good quality backups, but i ran in to trouble with the Simpsons series 6 and now Napoleon dynamite. Theese are both PAL and i thought the trouble was that napoleon dynamite was progressive so i disabled interlaced in dvd rebuilder but still get this really really choppy playing where the audio and video wont sync and the video is REALLY REALLY fucked up with green pixels comming everywhere. I used bitrate viewer to check if napoleon was diffrent.. got theese results:

Can anyone help me with this and maybe tell me what i have to change to get a smooth backup.

STUPID ME.... i was encoding straight from the dvd and it was the protection working.. I just ripped it first with dvd decrypter (like i´m suppost to do )
