Copied DVD plays yet is completely empty !

A mystery ...

Have obtained 3 DVD's (copy's)

Both DVD's play perfectly on my Pioneer DVD players for approx 1 hr.
Yet when I put em in my PC and start Windows Explorer to look at their contence I get the massage the DVD is still black and there is supposedly nothing on it !! (even Nero6 starts automaticly to burn something on it)

As I put a blank DVD in my PC and explore it I get the same message as when I put one of the mentioned DVD's in it !!!!????

Furthermore I cannot play any of the DVD's in question on my PC

Anyone knows what is going on but more important how to undo it?

can you play a retail (bought not burned) dvd in your pc?

I can play everything else on my PC; also PAL/NTSC; Region 1, 2, 4 etc.

These 3 DVD's seem region free both NTSC and PAL
