Soft protective cover sleeves for DVDs and CDs?

Hello,

I'm looking for some sort of SOFT plastic cover sleeves, both in the size for DVD cases and in the size for CD cases.
Please note that I don't mean sleeves that I put the discs only in, and I don't mean the plastic sleeves that requires me to take the DVD's cover pages out of their cases in order to fit them in the protective sleeves. Also, I don't mean the re-sealable plastics known as "seal king".
I simply mean some sort of plastic protective sleeve that will fit the WHOLE dvd case (and also one that will fit a whole CD case). I know this exists, because I have seen it in the past, they sometimes store DVDs and CDs in these type of protective covers in 2nd hand stores.
There used to be this style of protective sleeves in LP format for vinyl records years ago (made out of the same type of plastic that I'm looking for in DVD/CD size).

What I want to know is where I can buy these in bulk.
Does anyone know what kind of protective sleeves I'm talking about?
