    I have a large video .iso file that I want to shrink to fit onto a single layer blank DVD. Can I use DVD Shrink directly or are there other steps involved. Thanks.

    Open the ISO with DVD Shrink.

    You should be able to use Shrink directly, assuming it is a DVD Video ISO
