dvd daewoo dvdp485: wrong disc

I left the disc overnight in the tray closed wtih the player off. The day after i tried to run it, and try to load it, with no result, say "wrong disk" in spanish "disco erroneo". No reads any dvd. Begin to load with no results. Can i repair it? have i done something wrong. thanks in advance

hey i dunno if you fixed this yet (it's been a while since your post) but I got the "wrong disc" error today and merely took out the disc, powered down the player, powered it back up and put the disc in and it worked fine.
