After I demuxed the .ac3 file from the .ts I opened it to see if it played fine and a few minutes of audio is missing from the beginning. The file starts and then just jumps 5 minutes ahead. I can't even drop the file in to TMPGENC because it says it's invalid. But when I play the original .ts file in wmp the audio is fine. What programs should I use to demux the audio or repair it? Any advice?
