I'm trying to make a dvd from a tv-series I have on my computer.
series is in avi(xvid) format and has 23fps.

I want to convert avi-files first to mpeg1-vcd format so I can fit more stuff on one dvd.

but dvd doesn't support 23fps video.

is there a way to make this work?
