  1. Hi People i just decoded six days seven nights worked fine 8) it played in dvdplayer 8) but when i go to decode the new movies in VirtualDub this error comes up!!!

    The Requested Audio Compression Is Not Compatible With The Input
    Format. Check That The Sampling Rate And Channel Count Of The Input
    Match Those Of The Requested Format.

    I Have done everything right heres the links from this site

    can someone plz tell me how do i fix this problem or did i need an other program thanx people...

  2. Using Virtualdub extract the audio as a WAV.

    File > Open > "DivX movie" > audio Tab >full Processing > audio tab > compression > MPEG Layer 3
    File > save WAV.

    Resulting Wav will be quite large (about 1gig or more).

    Open TMPGE with DivX using WAV as audio source.

    Encode.

    After "Full Processing"is clicked...you can go straight to File > Save as Wav
