i used vobblanker to remove a 321 dvd backup menu screen but if it plays on a dvd player the 321 backup is gone, the only problem is sometimes the disk will run fine but sometimes when it doesnt run it says no disk. so cant figure out why?

When it sometimes runs fine and sometimes you get the "No Disc" Error is this on the same DVD player? The same Disc? If the same DVD player but different discs ... then a bad burn and / or poor quality media. If same player and disc ... maybe the disc is dirty.

Still say bad burn, or incompatible media.
OTOH, my first DVD player started acting like that, randomly accepting and rejecting discs it used to have no problem with, and after a while didn't read any DVDs at all, not even pressed, commercial discs - off to the scrap heap!

wasnt to sure if i messed something up in vobblanker, did something wrong? the settings in vobblanker are at the default settings. just started using vobblanker so im not sure. clicked on the first video_ts.vob picked menu. another screen poped up. clicked on the only one in the langauge units #..
then 4 items poped up in the box under menu pgc.

found it was the last item which was the 321 dvd backup and blanked it.hit OK the process

If you'd introduced a structural error, I'd expect it to play never at all - that's why I expect the disc itself, not what's on it.

yes, the problem was the disc. i burned it on a new dvd-r disc and it works fine.. my trial burn was on a used dvd-rw which must be dirty and a little scratched..

    thanks!
