i have installed software as pal but in the dc10+ control panel the only option i get is for ntsc , i can only capture in black and white which i must admit is quite good quality but i want colour .
i have downloaded the latest drivers , ppe , and reg file for the card and i'm using windows ME .
i have studio vers 1.06 which i have heard is the best , i am hooking up to a vhs player with the svhs cable .
the question is what have i done wrong or is it something in my system that is conflicting with the card , has anyone had this prob and overcome it or should i just use some other software to capture with the card.
i hope i have made sense and you can advise me if you need more info please reply to this post or mail me and i'll get back to you. thanx in advance for any help you can offer

Hi,
Try the user forum at http://www.pinnaclesys.com/support/products/info/default.asp?ProductID=307
I'm working from memory because my DC10+ is defunct... it doesn't like sharing interrupts, especially with the sound card... Lower your screen res and colors... defrag your HD... use a separate HD/partition for captures.
v1.06 is the last version of Studio for the DC10+. It has been "replaced" by Studio v7 which supports the DC10+ under Win98-ME only... support under 2K-XP is still in beta. If you go into the Studio v7 support forum you can get the beta version which seems to change weekly.
