What's the best set up for DC10 plus capture and editing? I have heard STudio 9 is best?
Has anyone here had positive results using XP, Studio ver 10 or later and a DC10 plus capture card?
Sony Handy Cam 8 MM analog is the source
Thanks!

I had a dc 10 plus like 4 years ago...it wasn't bad but there far better cards & cheaper now
I used to stay on studio 8 or virtual vcr. Virtual vcr is better if you ask me because you have the choice to not deinterlace but i remember that was a hell of a task to record with it because if i remember well the dc10 plus drivers are under the VFW norm which doesn't help.
And to edit well you edit with virtualdub mod or studio 8,9,10 depending of what you wanna make: divx, svcd, dvd etc..
