i want to make the screen shake to the beat is there an way to make an screen shake like boom then get burlrey or something lim sure there an plug in but thanks in adcanve

It will probably take a couple of different effects, depending on how blurry you want it to get and how much you want it to move. If you were using something like AE you could use the wiggler or a noise controller to affect the vertical and horizontal position and/or rotation. In Premiere Pro you may have to manually keyframe the movement. Just be careful when you do this that you don't expose black areas at the edges of the frames.

As for blur, a simple motion blur exaggerated over several frames might suffice, otherwise a directional blur keyframed to match the motion will do the job.
