  1. ok Uleads DVD Slideshow on sale at compusa for 29.95 i thought heck thats almost 50% off why not i really really like their dvd moviefactory and this is the sister program to it for stills..

    1. it was easy to use as i suspected

    2. during playback on my apex 660 every time a slide changed the musice was "interrupted" for just a split second but it happened every time a picture changed which became annoying

    3. perhaps this is a setting? i did download a patch for it (although in the description the patch does not mention any audio problems)

    4. i am running brand new gateway 1.8ghz 256 ddram so i dont think its a puter problem.. i have burned vcds with this computer using the moviefactory again no problems with sound..

    any ideas??

current slides are 3 shows ranging from 25 to 65 pics per show
mP3 music in back ground 3 different songs (same problem with each show tho)

if this problem is cured this is a kick butt easy to use slide show looks like 99 slides per show and some 20 shows ( my shows runing about 30 megs after titles and music) plus good quality stills (sony p5)

i mean i made 3 shows in about 10mins and that included burn time.
great way to watch vacation pics

    Speedpuppy,

I've had the exact same problem making music videos.

The problem is using an mp3 file for your music. Convert it back to wav and use only wav files for your music track.

Don't ask me why, I don't know. What I do "know" is everytime I've had an audio problem on any of my Ulead projects when I changed the mp3 to wav and encoded using the wav the problem evaporated.

Try this and re-post to let me know if this cured the problem.
