    Ok i have a Toshiba Sd-2150 and when i play my VCD in it the picture is good quality but black bars suround it. Please help me!!! Will i have to reencode it?

    It might be a VCD that was encoded from a 320 x 240 source. THis is quite common - On a TV - you normally can't see the missing 32 pixels. YOu just notice it on your computer. If it bothers you, yes, you'll have to reencode it.
