    im converting a DVD NTSC (mpg)

    template
    (video) MPEG-2 720x480 29.97 FPS, 6000 Kbps (VBR)
    (Audio) MPEG Layer2, 2Channels, 48.0KHz, 128 Kbps

    if i made this mpg how would i make it into a DVD? do i use TMPGEncDVDAuthor?
