    Has anyone had a problem with video levels popping at the begining or end of dissolves when outputting to miniDV tape? This is a problem I am having with a set of sunrise shots. Oddly enough, the same material transferred to DVD has NO level shifts whatsoever.

    Can anyone offer me a solution?

    Do you get the same problem writing to disk ? If not, output to disk first, then load the whole thing back into Vegas and render to tape.
