I got a TV Tuner Card to record TV, burn on DVD to watch (on TV) later. With all the problems, after 3 months, I've decided to not do this.
What I want to do is get a video card that has TV out, hook it up to my TV. When I record a show, I'll just watch it from my HD, afterwards just delete it.
Someone told me that I'll have problems with audio. The Video goes from the Video Card directly to the TV. Since the Audio has to go through the PC sound card, via, the system Buss, it will be delayed from the audio slightly. Is there anything I can do to stop this? Thank you, Chris.

What a load of bollocks! The video goes from hard drive to video card to TV, the audio goes from hard drive to sound card to TV. The only time you will get video/audio sync problems is if it happens during the capturing process, it won't happen during playback.
