  1. Hi Folks

I hope I’m in the correct forum for this problem. I’ve been using SubtitleCreator for many years and never had a problem until last week.

I can’t think of anything that I’ve done to change anything but now when I’ve added subtitles to a DVD the sound and subs are in (perfect) sync but the video isn’t?. The video is slightly forward of the sound and subs.

I’d appreciate any help or suggestions please.

    Thanks in advance

  3. Hi Bjs

Thank you for your reply. I bought a DVD that I knew didn't have subtitles (I'm HoH) but English subtitles were available elsewhere. So I used DVDFab to rip the files to the H/D and used SubtitleCreator to add the subs. I would then use nero to burn the completed/reassembled DVD but I don't have to go that far because I can play the files from the H/D to see that the video is out of sync with the audio and subtitles. It's very frustrating and time consuming to say the least especially when everything has worked well for years. I uninstalled and reinstalled SubtitleCreator but it made no difference.

It's only after using SubtitleCreator that the problem occurs. I've also tried this on a different PC and the same problem occurs?. I can only assume some windows update has altered something as I've added no new programs at all for a long time. In the end I had to use ConvertXtoDvd (which worked fine but I of course lost all of the menu settings of the original DVD).

    Thanks
