    Whats the best way to cut an AVI Xvid file? Needs to be done with good accuracy.

    virtualdub, if you need exact accurcary you need to to do video->full processing(reconvert the video) but you don't have to reconvert everything. read https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=268720&highlight=

    Thanks baldrick, I used VirtualDub and got a perfect cut although I just used direct stream copy, everything is fine
