svcd back to avi

hi there,
i made a svcd which runns perfectly in my dvd but how can i convert the videoclips from the cd back into avi (for editing in premiere)? i tried it with videomi but this did not work.

try dvd2avi, open the svcd mpg and then just select save avi.
