    hi,

    I been using MediaStudio Pro Editor Pro 7, i done this last year but
    can't recall how i did it, crop the black bars off some DV video to 16:9,
    if you tell how i can again, thanks..............>>>>>?

    To apply to a whole project in a static position when you go to create video there's a cropping button in the lower left.

    To apply to a whole clip with advanced options go to file>project settings>global filters>cropping.

    To aplly cropping to a single clip in a project depending on what you want you can drag the cropping filter onto to the clip and apply different options or drag one of the many filters from the moving path library to get even mor options for pan and scan type of movement.
