    i cant seem to still find out how to convert XVID to mpeg so i can burn ir as a vcd or svcd

    I am currently using the following:

    VirtualDub to extract the audio to a .wav
    TMPG Plus to encode to mpeg
    VCDEasy to create a cue/bin file (the freeware version)
    Nero to burn the cue/bin
