I am new to this so please be patient. I filmed a video for my company and had an outside source put the film together. The original dvd plays fine on every computer, laptop and tower. However, the copies that he made will not play correctly in WinDVD. It skips to random points in the video whenever you insert it in the drive. Furthermore, they bought me Premiere Elements to make changes to the video, which I've done and also made DVDs. But the same problem is happening. WinDVD will not play it properly on any of the laptops. I have not listed the type of burner used because there were at least three used to burn the DVDs and several used in an attempt to read them. Does anyone know why this is happening or how it can be fixed? I would greatly appreciate some assistance. Thanks

Have you tried making your own copy of the original?
If the copies are corrupt somehow, and you are atempting to copy/edit the corrupt file, then it is only reasonable that the output is also bad.Google is your Friend
