If you have Nero, you can drop those files into a Video DVD folder and burn. Don't worry about the audio folder, it stays empty. If it says they are non-compliant, then you may have a little more work to do.

Yep. Let me add that selecting "DVD Video" in Nero for the type of DVD will automatically create the necessary folder.

Click and drag the files from the right pane in Nero, into the VIDEO_TS folder in the left Nero compilation pane. Then burn 8)

You can download VLC media player and try playing the VOBs directly to see if the sound is OK there. The VOBs have the sound muxed (embedded) into them. Also, AVIcodec will tell you what type of video and sound are in the VOB.

The sound file may be missing or an odd type for it not to play. You can look to the left <<< under 'What is' DVD to see what audio formats are acceptable for DVDs.

There is also a chance that the audio has more than one channel and you need to select this with your DVD player.

I tried to burn another set of such kind of files with Nero and it displayed this msg:

"The DVD-video files compliance test failed. The resulting DVD-video might be unplayable. Do you want to continue?"

what should I do please ?
    thanks!
