Dear Folks: I recently purchased the ATI AIW 9800 Pro. Everything works well, however I noticed a slight diagonal video noise on the picture while watching TV off Dish via S-video so I hooked up an external DVD player to the S-video dongle to try and isolate the problem again the same video noise. I then switched dongles as I have a dongle with my old AIT AIW 32MB card alas still the same video noise. I wasn’t getting this problem with my old ATI AIW 32MB, so I was wondering if the noise could be cause by the power required to run the ATI AIW 9800 Pro? Most people would probably not even notice this video noise but I do so I am thinking about returning this card for an AIW 9600 Pro or AIW 9600 Pro XT since these do not require their own power supply. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks,
Will
