didn't find a animation section or a thread.so u/lin a question here.mods r free 2 move this topic.
i have made an avatar of size 100x100.it's size of 171kb but max size of ne avatar on forums site is 25mb i think for most of the sites.how can reduce the avatar size.

You can go to this site:http://www.animationfactory.com/# and then to one of their sample gifs. Click on 'edit' there and it will open a page with their animation program. Click edit again and you can upload your gif to their site, resize, optimize it and then you can download it back to your computer. All free.

Size permitted here 80 X 80 pixels and 6K file size.
