    If possible can i make a vcd menu in flash and compress it in a swf format, if no what would be the best way, and if yes which program would be best to burn it onto a cd. I am currently using dvdit and vcdgear.
    Or is there a more easier to put animation onto ur vcd menu.

    No, *.swf is not supported by VCD. If (in Flash 5, anyway) you click File>Export movie, however, you can save your flash file as *.avi or *.mov and convert it to compliant MPEG using TMPGEnc. Just remember to export your movie with dimensions in multiples of 16 or TMPGEnc won't convert it.
