Hello all you fine people, I am hoping that someone here can supply the info I am looking for, also sorry if this answer has been asked before but I could not find any relevant posts when doing a search.
I have the RCA DRC8300N DVD/VCR Recorder and I do not like the way the menus are set up on the finished DVD, I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to change the way the RCA DRC8300N makes the menus or if there is a easy way to remake the menus on the finished DVD ?
If the above is not easily accomplished, does any one have information or experience with a better DVD/VCR Recorder that would allow different menu structures.
thank you for any information you provide

I don't think you can change the way it creates the menus that easily. Maybe if you find some firmware upgrade.
You can remake menus from dvds using tmpgenc dvd author, ulead dvd moviefactory, you basicly just import the dvd and make new menus and burn. -
With pretty much all DVD Recorders you are stuck with the templates and styles that are built in. Very few give you any freedom beyond changing the name.
If you want design freedom then you have to follow Baldrick's advice and rip the video and audio contents to your PC and create the menus there.Read my blog here.
