capturing quiktime streaming media

hey guys, i dont know where to post on this subject, so if i'm in the wrong place, then please excuse me.

anyways, i was wondering if anybody knew how to capture streaming quiktime media onto my hard drive.
there are some really great video tutorials on after effects over on adobe.com, and i really wanted to save these, but cant fugure out how to render it on to my hard drive, because they are in quiktime.
if anybody could please help me out, this would be greatly appreciated.

thanxs buddy, your talking about net transport right? if you are how do i open the streaming media and save it? i cant seem to find the instructions.
