I have high quality anime in xvid/mp3(pal version) in 23.976 fps.
another lousy version(ntsc version) in xvid/mp3 in 25 fps.
pal -> video is good, but audio is japanese
ntsc -> video is crappy but audio is english
so i use virtualdubmod to extract audio from ntsc and use besweet to convert "ntsc->pal"
join the pal video and the new audio back using virtualdubmod again
the a/v still doesn't synch...
is it better to change the framerate of the video instead?

pal would be 25fps and ntsc would be 29.97 or 23.976 fps ..
