Hi There,
I have an unusual problem in that when I use the TV-Out from my ATI Graphics card it will not show video. This happens with all types of video in all players. The desktop displays fine but there is no image in WinDVD, Media player or whichever software I use.
At first I thought this was a copy protection problem (The TV-Out goes through a VCR first because my TV has no AV in) but as I mentioned above this problem occurs with ALL types of video file.
I suspect it may be due to TV resolution. I had it at 1024×768 and so will try 800×600 when I get home, but it still seems a bit odd. Anyone else have this problem? Know the cause? Have any other suggestions? My graphics card is an ATI Radeon 7000 series.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

The same happens (I suspect) if you try to take a screen shot - no video will show, as it's shown in "overlay". Try disabling hardware acceleration for your video card.
