  1. Ok, the problem looks/sounds like this:
I try to mark a starting frame at a place where the videoclip fades in and fades out at the same place, meaning when you use "shift" for moving it's not a 'jump' frame. (Sorry for my bad English, can't put it in other words..)
I mark the ending frame and save the new file, but when i check it it starts at different point - the 'jump' frame before the place i marked...

I noticed it's not an issue with ending frame, you can put it wherever you want, but fot my starting frame it has to be the 'jump' frame.

Is there some sort of option in Vdub for fixing this that i can't find? This might sound like a newbie question, but plz help me...

If you're using "direct stream copy" for the video you can only start the video on what you call a "shift" frame. In reality it's called a key frame. If you want to start a cut on a non key frame you have to use full processing. I'm not sure if it will work for the other processing types.
