I am having trouble with viewing my VCD all the way through without it stuttering (i.e. audio/video pauses for a second, then the media continues, then again, etc...)

Depending on the one, it'll do this every 10 seconds or so...

I'm using CD-RW and burning from Toast, so I can't possibly figure out what could be wrong... any ideas would be greatly appreciated seeing as how this is supposed to be my company's demo tape, and it would be nice if there weren't any glitches.
