when I select the vdr dummy file in tmpengc!
    I get the above error!
    anyone any ideas??

by the way! the xvid has variable bit radio audio(mp3)

  3. When I get that error, I reinstall TMPGEnc and also remove/add the Vdub frame server client. That takes care of it for me.

  5. If you have not had trouble with vdr files from virtual dub before, try changing the file from xvid to divx with the avifourcc changer. It is available from www.divx-digest.com. Look in the software section under the encoding tools and then go to editing/fixing/info viewer. You will find it there. Read the directions when you unzip it.
