Anyone know what the deal is? About 1/2 or 34 through encoding a DVD2AVI project file to an SVCD, Tmpegenc (12j) stops with a "memory read error". This doesn't happen everytime, but *most* of the time. I don't have a lot of stuff running, have a pretty powerfull system (specs below), scandisk and defrag constantly...I did just have to replace one of my two sticks of Crucial DDR 256 Sdram...I also get spontaneous reboots many times twords the end of the encoding. *UPDATE* after going back to ver. 12F, and unchecking the "automatically restart" box in "startup and recovery options", I haven't seen the memory read error, it seems to be working again, but the program apparently just closes at the end of encoding...I assume a crash. Strange.
Thanks for any help
