Hi there, I'm planning on buying a Radeon 8500DV and a Canopus ADVC-100 to use with the 8500DV's firewire port.
However, reading the posts, there are some firewire chips (I think it was TI) that don't work well with the ADVC-100.
So does anyone know what's on the 8500DV? And will it work alright with the ADVC-100?
Thanks.

*The FireWire ports of the ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON 8500DV make use of the PCI bus via an AGP to PCI bridge chip.
