  2. Im not sure if I understand what you want. If you open the avi with GoldWave and save as WAV, it will choose the first audio track. Im not sure how to choose another (n00b at dualaudio). But, this happened to be English both of the times I tried it, which is what I wanted.

  4. You may try using DVD2AVI. Load up the file then pick File/Save Project you should then hav+e a .d2v file- which is the video, and usually an .mp2, or ac3 file which is audio, but with 2 tracks I would guess it would put out both. Then Fownload Vfapi make a load the .d2v file in using Add Job, then pick Convert. It will give you a file ending in .avs don't move any files around to other directories now. Now loaad the .avs file into CCE there is a demo available I think they have it here, or try www.doom9.org for the demo of CCE, the other tools are available here or at doom9 and are freeware. Setup CCE to mpeg1 and constant bitrate at 1150. If you need to conver the audio D/L BeSweet and BeSweet Gui from doom9.org use it it is very easy to figure out with some commonsense and a little thought. Just make sure you pick mp2 as your output type, and if its not at bitrate of 224 sampling rate 44100, then tick the appropriate boxes in BeSweet to do this. When its done 10 minutes or so open Tmpegenc. Close the wizzard pick "File/Mpeg Tools" Then pick the tab "Simple Multiplex" Load the mpeg1 that you got from CCE, and the audiofile from BeSweet, and hit the start button. You should then have a VCD compliant file to burn with Nero or whatever. If its to big for 1 disc there are tools available here and at doom9.org for splitting it.but I've never used one before.

If you have the org DVD try DVD2SVCD all you do is set the directories and setting for the proggies it uses, the tick the box for VCD, or SVCD, or Divx as your output. Choose media type its going on. And hit the button, it will Rip, demux covert compress remux split and spit out the files in the correct size for your cd media.
